Matthew cultivates relationships with founders, brokers, and financial partners to drive organic and inorganic growth for the firm. Matthew also supports the evaluation and identification of investment opportunities and themes for Arcadea.
Work Experience
Prior to joining Arcadea Matthew was an analyst at Capficiency Private Equity where he led deal execution, origination, investor relations and portfolio monitoring for the firm’s enterprise software platform. Matthew specifically focused on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), business productivity and governance software within the construction, manufacturing, non-profit, and education sectors. Prior to Capficiency, Matthew worked for FirePower Capital within their Private Capital division.
Education
Matthew earned a HBA from Ivey Business School at the University of Western Ontario.
